Places to More Safely Socialize your Puppy
Here are suggested places you can safely go with your young-impressionable-must-get-exposed-before-12-weeks-old puppy.
Aquatic Street Pier and Fisherman's Wharf
When is the last time you took a walk at Fisherman's Wharf? A safe people, places and things socialization extravaganza for your young puppy!
Crissy Field East Beach
We love the path and beach at Crissy Field. It has everything you need your pup to be exposed to: running children, strollers, joggers, horses, bicycles, slow walkers, fast walkers, slow-moving maintenance trucks, people in uniform, elderly people, men, woman, loud noises, kites, windsurfers, healthy adult dogs, and on and on and on. Is it safe? We think so, and we have veterinarians who agree with us!
Fisherman's Wharf
When's the last time you took a walk at Fisherman's Wharf? A safe people, places and things socialization extravaganza for your young puppy!
No dogs likely... just people from all over the world! Plus jugglers, street artists, stores, outdoor cafes, every kind of person imaginable and...ICE CREAM AND CHOCOLATE for people!!
Ocean Beach
near the Cliff house all the way to the Zoo. Take a walk, a real walk.
There is no cleaner place, in our humble opinion, to take a walk - tide comes in and tide goes out. The Pacific Ocean is waiting!

Whine and Wine--aanother thing people and puppies have in common. Biondivino is a super puppy-and-people-friendly place to go. Taste a glass of wine and socialize. Say "Ciao" to Ceri the Owner and the resident canine citizen, Alfio.
